NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Arkansas State Board of Dispensing Opticians will hold a public hearing Thursday, November 16, 2006 at 5:30 P.M. in room 151 at the Arkansas State Capitol.

The purpose of the hearing will be to receive comments regarding proposed changes in the Board Rules in the area of application process, inactive status, and disciplinary processes. Copies of the proposed Rule changes are available on the Board of Dispensing Optician website located at www.abdo.arkansas.gov or upon written request to the Board Office. Persons may also submit written comments to the Arkansas State Board of Dispensing Opticians, P.O. Box 627, Helena, Arkansas 72342,
870-572-2847, prior to the hearing.
